Congratulation to Utica Elementary staff, students, parents, and community for being recognized nationally as one of the best schools at the 2023 National Blue Ribbon Awards ceremony. This was possible through the hard work and dedication of all of you. The week of November 27th we will be celebrating. There will be special dress days and gifts through the week. We would love for our families, retirees, and alumni to join us at a special reception that Greater Clark School Corporation is hosting on Monday evening.
